Buffalo chicken quinoa

I'm all about easy meals that use as little prep and dishes as possible. All of that combined with the fantastic flavored of this meal have made it one if my new favorites! 

I used two recipes and adapted them: one from rotel and one from cupcakes & kale chips blog. 

What you'll need: 
1. 1 lb cooked chicken breast sliced into cubes
2. 1 tsp garlic salt
3. 1 c quinoa 
4. 1/2 c chicken stock
5. 1/3 franks red hot sauce 
6. 1 can rotel
7. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
8. 1 c blue cheese crumbles 

Method:
1. Cook quinoa in chicken stock
2. Sauté chicken with garlic salt in greased skillet until golden brown
3. Once chicken is cooked add rotel, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce 
4. Once quinoa is cooked add that to the skillet and the blue cheese until it melts and sauce is bubbling
