Natural Funfetti smoothie

Post workout time I'm always looking for fun, new protein smoothies/shakes. This one literally came by accident but it's fun and spring like and perfect for the season! 




What you'll need: 
1 c strawberries 
1 Granny Smith apple
1 kiwi
2 tbsp salted flax & chia seed peanut butter from trader Joe's (or just use natural peanut butter and add flax &chia seeds to it) 
2 tbsp gf oats
3 ice cubes
1 1/2 c soy milk

Method:
1. Slice apple so core is removed and use food processor to grind it into mush (couldn't think of another word sorry) 
2. Then place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
