What a food blogger really eats for breakfast

Food bloggers have a reputation of starting off their morning with baked french toast, time consuming skillet hash, and biscuits. Slaving over a stove every day before we eat our meal. 

Reality check-that's just not practical. 

Daily eats are different for all bloggers. I try to remain balanced while eating as clean as possible at the same time. I'm not the best at food prep so this is what my every day eats normally looks like.


Breakfast Daily eats:
Gluten free carb:
Rice cakes smeared with peanut butter and honey
Dairy free freezer waffles
Cereal
Toast with peanut butter 
Granola

Fruit
usually bananas, berries, or grapefruit

Eggs
poached, scrambled, over easy or over hard 

Dairy free yogurt & coffe they get italicized because they're staples really

And if I'm being real on the really rushed days I eat a kind bar, to go fruit like a banana and guzzle a polar water.
