What you'll need:
2 cups kale
6 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice (I use almond)
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 kiwis sliced and peeled
Method:
Put it all in a blender, blend and pulse into smoothie form!
