Forget the whey- natural protein packed smoothie

I, like so many others, have been put into the trap of trying a whey protein smoothie and thinking that I'd add it to my post workout routine. Then I try one sip of the whey protein and think- how the heck do people drink this stuff? 

Fear no more my friends. I created a smoothie packed with enough protein and greens to replenish you after a workout and it'll leave you craving for more. 


Protein 17grams
Servings 2
Calories per serving 191/total 382

What you'll need:
2 cups kale
6 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice (I use almond)
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 kiwis sliced and peeled 

Method:
Put it all in a blender, blend and pulse into smoothie form! 

What you'll get is a perfect purple protein smoothie that will make you want to work out more! ;)
