Chilli lime popcorn

Yes that's right the perfect amount of bite and crunch all together in this healthy snack. For those days when nothing will satisfy your hunger or you're about to dive in to a good movie this is the ultimate snack. 


What you'll need:
2 tbsp oil of choice 
Blue corn kernels (or popcorn of your choice) 
1 lime
2 tsp chilli seasoning

Method: 
Heat oil on medium
Once hot pour kernels into bottom of saucepan until it is covered
Cover with saucepan lid and shake occasionally until you hear the kernels popping
Once the popping stops pour amount of popcorn desired into a bowl
Squeeze lime juice on top and springy with chilli spice
