Healthy kitchen stock ups

When I first started cooking I always found myself with about half the ingredients every recipe called for. Most healthy recipes called for things I had never heard of like flax, quinoa, chia seeds, and kale. As I was making a quinoa salad today I lucked out and had almost all of the ingredients even though I hadn't been to the store in three weeks. Now that's what I call bulk shopping! If any of you are new to cooking then I bet you're looking for a handy guide of what to stock up on. Those items that most recipes call for. Luckily for you I've done that in this post.
