Snickers protein shake

Whey protein shakes. Fitness junkies are all about them. While they are packed with vitamins, most go straight through your body. They're packed with unnatural ingredients that push and more protein than needed after a workout. 

For my own workout routine I've been trying to come up with protein shakes full of natural ingredients and full of protein.

VoilĂ  the snickers protein shake was born and is packed with 21g of protein! 

 
What you'll need:
2 tbsp peanut butter 
2 tbsp choc chips 
1 banana 
1 c ice
1 c almond milk
1/2 c silken tofu 
1/2 c peanuts
1/2 tsp caramel extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Method:
Blend and enjoy!
