Vegan peach spice quick bread

So sorry! I was traveling for the past three months and didn't even tell you all that I'd be on a temporary hiatus whoops. The good thing is I'm back and the food and blog is about to get that much better! I'll be revamping the site, taking better photos and all in al working on giving you all more reading consistency.

I'm back in VA for work for the next 10 months, in a new gorgeous (well I think so) apt and enjoying missionary life with three new teammates!

In the mix of moving I acquired a bread maker from one of my past teammates. Originally I thought I'd make zucchini bread and got through half of the recipe/baking process before I realized I didn't have zucchini. All tragedies were avoided and I hope you love this "accident" as much as I did!

What you'll need:
1/2 c applesauce
1/2 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 med sized peaches or enough to fill 1 cup
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin spice (this gives it a lot of flavor!)
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c water

Method:
In order listed above add ingredients except water into bread maker. Press "quick bread" option or "fast bake". Add water into mixture once bread maker is stirring and after 10 mins or so scrape aides of maker for even mixture of ingredients. Let the breadmaker do its thing and enjoy! My teammates ranted and raved about this bread so I hope you like it too.
