Hello there! It's been a while. I graduate from college in a month! Luckily after that time I'll be able to blog more about food. In the mean time I wanted to do an essentials post. While my dorm room differs from what I'll have in the next few months in my pantry, I thought you'd be curious.
Dorm room food essentials:
While you don't need a lot of food in the dorm, these are pretty much the staples in mine. My campus doesn't give a lot of fiber options so I try to keep my room stocked with those. I also keep my room stocked with snacks and options for when the dorms are closed.
1. Brita water pitcher
2. Breakfast items
Fiber one bars
Cereal
Whole wheat toast
Bagels
3. Snacks
popcorn
granola
chocolate of some sort (I'm a Hershey Bliss fan)
peanut butter
Jelly
yogurt
fruit (I typically have grapefruit, oranges and grapes)
Rice quakes- for the times you need a carb/on the go snack
