Recipe:
Green onions (about 2 handfuls or to your liking)
Sour Cream
1 bag hash browns
bacon bits unless your vegetarian (you can buy bacon "flavored" bits that are technically veggie but the idea creeps me out
2 Rhodes Rolls or some type of crust
anything else you'd put on a baked potato
Pam or some type of cooking spray
Method:
Spray the pizza pan evenly with cooking spray! (this is important)
Spread out the dough to make a crust
Spread sour cream as the sauce on the crust
Microwave about 2 cups of hash browns until they are thawed
Spread the browns over the top of the pizza
Add handful of green onions
Add bacon bits or any other veggie
Add cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 until edges are golden brown

Takes about 20 mins of prep and 20 mins of cook time
