Spicy Italian Pita Pizza

I've been cooking vegetarian food for almost three years. The experts say to come up with your own recipes by finding a basic one and altering it to your liking but this seems to never work for me. I always seem to go hog wild with spices and flavors and it ends up really funky. Luckily I toned myself down for this one and it came out perfectly! My first authentic and delicious recipe to date!



Recipe:
Whole Wheat Pita Bread-- 1 slice
Tomato Sauce (any kind) --enough to spread on the whole pita
Romaine Lettuce- handful
Yves Zesty Italian Brats (vegan)-- 1 brat sliced
Green Olives--to your liking
Pepper Jack Cheese-- 1 slice ripped up

The Pepper Jack Cheese and Zesty Italian Brats spice soak into the olives and make the pizza a kicker, in all the good ways. 

Method:
Add all the toppings
Cook in the toaster oven until pita edges are browned and cheese is melted

Time:
15 mins tops!
